Bluebird Care has an established reputation for excellence in the provision of care and support to individuals who live within their own homes.   Located in Enfield and providing care across the Borough, we are excited to be experiencing service growth and would be delighted for you to join us on our journey.

Your role will involve visiting individuals in their own homes; we take a person-centred approach so every visit will be different.  Your tasks may include supporting an individual with their personal care, preparing and serving a meal, supporting a person to eat and drink, light housework and administering medication.  You might also provide social support, assist an individual to access their local community, or provide support with shopping.

Don't worry if you have not undertaken a Care Assistant role before, we offer a comprehensive induction programme and one of our Field Care Supervisors will be nominated to support your development.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, access to a discount scheme, free uniform and free induction and training.

Our busiest times of day are between 07:00 - 10:00, 13:00 - 14:00 and 16:00 - 21:00 Monday to Sunday.    Your ability to work within any of these time periods is essential for the role.
