Job Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at assisting elderly clients with their daily living activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

·  Personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, toileting)

·  Medication assistance

·  Meal preparation and possibly feeding assistance.

·  Supporting clients in maintaining their independence

·  Various domestic duties (e.g., cleaning, laundry, shopping)

·  Reporting and recording visit details, including medication administration.

·  Providing companionship and emotional support

Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. This includes ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. You must be able to work flexibly and adapt to the unique needs of each service user, providing person-centered care.

Job Requirements:

·  A compassionate and caring disposition

·  Good written and verbal communication skills

·  Proficiency in English

·  Right to work in the UK

·  At least 1 year of experience in a care or support worker role (preferred)

·  NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or a willingness to undertake the qualification.

·  Ability to work flexible hours.

·  Enhanced DBS (preferably registered with the online service checker within the last 3 years)
