Heydays Care & Support Services LTD are a private Home care agency covering the south lakes & Furness peninsula. Established in 2011 Heydays was set up by two ladies with a passion for care. Kelly & Dawn wanted to create a forward-thinking agency that strives to deliver the highest standard of care & support to enable people to remain independant in the comfort of their own home. We are fully accredited with Cumbria County Council and Work closley with the N.H.S Generic Domiciliary Care Team

We are looking for caring, enthusiastic & compassionate individuals to join our fabulous team of carers. If you enjoy brightening up someone's day and have a caring nature then we would love to hear from you.

Experience is not essential as full training is given, you will receive in-house training on various topics that are applicable for your role, shadowing on the specific rounds that you have been recruited for and enrolment onto the Care Certificate with on-going support and training.

On-going Training & development

Morning Shift pattern is usually 7am until 3pm and Evening shifts are 4pm until 10pm we have blocked shifts which means you are not sat in your car awaiting your next call. Shifts can be Mornings or evenings or a mix of both and inc alternate weekends.

You must have your own car and enjoy working with people, experience not necessary as full training is given. As we are a private agency scope for promotion throughout the company is available to the right candidates, and most of all being a valued member of an amazing team
