With visits of at least an hour (and often more) being a Home Care Assistant in Medway means you have the opportunity to build warm relationships with our amazing clients. The job is different day by day and client by client you get to do whatever is necessary to make our clients happy and keep them at home.

The job can involve:

• Companionship - anything from a cup of tea to a friendly face. Helping get people to appointments, shopping or trips out for the day.
• Personal care: Washing and Dressing - helping get our clients up and ready for the day ahead.
• Meal Preparation - preparing clients with the meals they love and enjoy.
• Medication - prompting or giving medication.
• Hobbies - Helping our clients pick up and continue with hobbies and interest

As a Care Assistant in Medway, you really will do anything to support our clients with living happy and independent lives.

No experience is required. We offer industry-leading City & Guilds accredited training which we pay you for (after a qualifying period). We also support you with any additional training to help you create an amazing career in care.

Being a Home Care Assistant at Home Instead Medway means being the absolute best in care.

Guaranteed Hours contracts are available for those with suitable availability. Other contracts are available to those requiring more flexibility.
