Requirements:
- Possess a full driving license.
- Have access to a car with business insurance coverage that can be
used for work-related purposes.

- Prioritise the well-being and individual preferences of Service
Users, ensuring their needs are at the center of care delivery.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the service.
- Support Service Users in maintaining their local community
connections and relationships.
- Follow Care Plans and adhere to guidelines for supporting Service Users.
- Report any changes in the needs of Service Users promptly to the
Field Care Supervisor.
