We care for individuals in their own homes, assisting clients to stay as independent as possible for as long as possible. No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided, you just need to have a passion for making a difference and a kind and caring nature. We offer an easy induction process with shadowing, so you won't be thrown in at the deep end!
Paid travel time and mileage allowance, and company pension scheme.

Your tasks will include:
Being the face of 'care in the community' and acting as our representative
Encouraging our client's individuality and independence
Basic food preparation
Personal care - dressing, showering etc
Companionship
Light cleaning
Medicine assistance
Assisting other care workers and professionals to provide care for our clients
Helping our clients to maintain relationships with neighbours, and familiar activities and social contact, especially for clients who live alone.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential and the role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
