We are excited to announce a job opening for a Healthcare Assistant in our domiciliary care service in North Yorkshire . If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals within their own homes, then this opportunity is for you.

Position: Healthcare Assistant
Type: Full-time/Part-time

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing support and assistance with personal care, medication administration, and mobility.
- Assisting with daily living activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.
- Building trusting and compassionate relationships with clients and their families.
- Ensuring clients' safety and well-being at all times.
- Reporting any changes or concerns regarding clients' health or welfare.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of basic healthcare practices such as medication administration and personal care.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
