Requirements:

• Compassionate and caring nature.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
