- Care workers are introduced to service users by a member of the
management team.
- Consistency for service users by maintaining same care workers for visits.
- We understand that feeling valued is different for everyone and
aim to recognise each care workers individuality.
- We have a strong belief in team work and have the same
expectations from management as we do for care workers. The Director
and Registered manager will deliver hands on care and support on
shifts when needed.
- We believe that providing care in the community is a hugely
rewarding career to have and that you will gain a sense of
satisfaction from it that is often missing in other careers.
