Care Support Worker

BR1, BR3, BR5, CR4, SE19, SE20, SE21, SE24 SE26, SE27, SW16 and SW19.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise/support with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Supervise/support with mobility and physical exercises.
• Supervise/support with meal preparation and/or with feeding, as needed.
• Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with household tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
• Documenting service provided and reporting any changes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
