Requirements: Candidates must hold a valid driving licence. And have the permission to work in the UK

Our Care Assistants working days can start from 7 am or finish at 10 pm, we try and be as flexible as possible, so as long as you can hit one of these core required times, PLEASE APPLY. We do require for all of our Care Assistants to be able to work either one day every weekend or both Saturday and Sunday alternate weekends, this is to ensure fair time off for our staff.

What does a Care Assistant do out in the community?

As a Care Assistant, you will visit our customers based across the PO1-PO6 areas, supporting their independence and well-being. Duties include assisting with medication, light household chores, personal care, and providing companionship through engaging activities tailored to each customers preference. Each customer is different & has a personalised care plan to their needs, making each visit a little varied.
