Your Role:

As a Community Care Assistant, you will visit customers in their homes across the Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Poulner and Burley areas. Occasional travel to support in our New Forest regions may also be required. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with meal preparation, personal care, and light housework.
• Supporting customers to maintain independence and encouraging community participation.
• Establishing meaningful relationships with customers.
• Providing compassionate and empathetic care.

Requirements:

• A valid driving licence and access to a car.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Availability for the following shift patterns: 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm, including alternate weekends.
• Confidence with driving in local communities around the Ringwood/Fordingbridge/Poulner/Burley areas.
• Some evening and weekend availability is essential.
