Community Nurse (part-time) 2 - 3 days per week
Up to £19,968.00 - £29,952.00 pro rata dependant on experience 

Mainly office hours 08:30 - 16:30, 2 - 3 days over  Monday to Friday though some flexibility to support staff and clients is required. 

We are always on the lookout for a talented and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team, applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience, and having worked in a community setting would be advantageous.

We care for clients in their homes, with complex needs, End of Life, and much, much more.

The overall purpose of the role:

• To act as a Named Nurse within the team, developing collaborative, needs-based care plans, through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• You will provide excellent professional, skilled, and effective person-centred, evidence-based nursing care.
• You will be actively involved in the health and wellbeing of staff and clients.
• Visibly and accessible to patients, families, and carers working together to ensure efficient, effective, and caring services.
• Contribute to achieving all performance indicators, essential standards, and quality outcomes.
• You will contribute to the education and development of employees.  
• Contribute to staff appraisals and support personal development plans.
• Safely administer medication following company policies and practice guidelines.
• They will provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity.

Experience we are looking for but not essential:

• Competence in differing forms of bowel care I.E Qufora, Peristeen, Stoma.
• Experience of caring for clients with a tracheostomy.
• Experience of working in the community.
• Experience of managing in an office environment.
