Home Care Assistant

We are currently recruiting for new carers to support our clients to continue to live independent lives in their homes.

Our ideal care assistant will:

• Have some experience in a similar role
• Have experience of working with Dementia Clients
• Be able to engage and develop positive relationships with clients
• Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our clients achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
• Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
• Engage with client and their families to continuously develop care plans
• Be resilient, attentive and ensure our  clients are treated with the dignity and care they deserve
• Be able to work alternate weekends
• Must have a full driving licence
• Be willing to use electronic Care Management Systems (Training will be provided)
• Must have the use of a Smart Phone
