Field Care Supervisors Wanted

Leeds, Bradford & Wakefield Areas only

Part time – 20 - 25 hours per week

Full Time hours also available

AS care are expanding our team of experienced Field Care Supervisors and have several opportunities to become part of our dynamic & supportive Field Care Team.

We are looking for compassionate, assertive & professional individuals to join our team. We cover Leeds, Bradford & Wakefield areas.

The role takes responsibility for ensuring our service users are receiving the care and support they expect and deserve.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will monitor and manage compliance and quality by visiting our service users and undertaking supervisions and spot checks with our care staff. The Field Care Supervisor is a mentor for our care team.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will need to ensure all calls are delivered to the highest levels, and the care staff feel fully supported

Duties will include:

  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Carry out introductory visits.
  • Provide & facilitate in-field training & identify extra training requirements for our care workers.
  • Ensure safeguarding to all our service users.
  • Be flexible to meet the business needs including alternate out of hours on-call duties as required. (Working on a rota basis).
  • Delivering Care when required.

The successful applicants will be based in our Leeds office but travel to and from the areas of Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford will be required, therefore you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered.

Through your excellent planning and organisation skills you will be able to demonstrate your ability to support, develop and manage care workers, by leading from the front.

Essential Skills:

  • Supervision Experience within the Health and Social Care Sector.
  • Hands on Care experience.
  • Working knowledge of quality control procedures within the Health and Social Care Sector
