Role: Care Assistant in Hereford

Pay: £13 per hour, £13.50 on weekends, £14.50 on bank holidays; paid Travel Time, paid Mileage at 45p, Paid Training, Joining Bonus £150.

Here at Joghide Home Care, we have an exciting opportunity for caring individuals to join our team in the Hereford area to provide a high level of care to clients in their own homes.

Our Care Assistants will work across the Hereford district, therefore a valid driving licence and access to own vehicle would be desirable due to the areas covered. However, we will consider non-drivers as well (“Joghide Green Travel Scheme” available).

Care experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Our Care Assistants will be supporting clients to live as independently as possible in a person-centred way. Typically support can include personal care, meal preparation, administering or assisting with medication, light housework, social support and companionship for our clients either in their own homes or out in the community. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, compassionate and hardworking professionals and work well as a team member. No two days are the same
