We are currently recruiting for a Field Supervisor to work in the community and Office. We provide professional, quality Care Service at Home. We deliver personal and practical care and support individuals in the comfort of their home environment, to a standard of excellence.

The successful candidate is expected to be able to work independently and manage a team of Carer workers.

Report to line manager- Registered Care Manager

Duties for the role include:

  • Quality Monitoring of care staff and completing competencies 
  • Client assessments and review
  • Attending team meeting
  • Chair Care workers meeting
  • Dealing with day to day operational issues that may arises
  • Participate with the on-call phone
  • Feedback to line manager and Management
  • Attending review meetings with other Professional and family
  • Completing Service Users Care and Support plan and necessary paper work.

Required experience:

  • Management: 1 year
  • Domiciliary/Home Care Service: 1 year

Required education:

  • GCSE
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care

Job Location:

  • Office Base: Basildon
  • Field visits 

Required licences or certifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
