Care Assistant

Location: Dorset, UK (or willingness to relocate)

Type: 0 Hour Contract

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Care Assistant
• Valid driving license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Enhanced DBS check, preferably registered on the DBS Update Service

Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes within the Dorset area. Your role will involve assisting clients with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being.

Key Duties:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, respecting the dignity and privacy of clients.
2. Safely transport clients to appointments, outings, and activities as needed, utilizing your driving skills and experience.
3. Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families, promoting a caring and empathetic environment.
4. Follow care plans and contribute to their development and revision as needed.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
6. Ensure the safety and welfare of clients at all times, reporting any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Care Assistant.
2. Valid driving license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
3. Enhanced DBS check, preferably registered on the DBS Update Service.
4. Ability to work on a 0-hour contract, providing flexibility in scheduling.
