We're looking for a new team member who will visit clients in their own homes during the evening and weekends. No two client visits are never the same and each client has an individual Care Plan tailored to their needs and aims. Care plans may include:

  • Personal care, helping your client to wash and dress, or help with self-care.
  • Support with medications.
  • Meal preparation and cooking dishes from scratch.
  • Companionship including accompanying clients around their local area.

No previous experience or qualifications are needed to become a Care Professional, we'll support you to learn all you need! 

Must have a means of transport as clients are predominately cared for in their own homes, or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings and can live in remote areas.
