To provide assistance and support service users with dressing, undressing, washing, using the toilet, and bathing. Additionally, to prepare and serve meals to service users, and offer feeding assistance if necessary. Overall, the aim is to ensure the comfort and well-being of service users and engage them with stimulating activities. Daily activities such as letter writing, bill payment, and benefit collection are also supported. Light cleaning and domestic duties, including meal preparation when needed, are carried out. Monitoring the conditions of service users by taking temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight, as well as maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with professional staff to implement care plans and draft comprehensive reports is also part of the role.
