Home Care Support Worker

**Locations Required:** Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster, Retford, Worksop, Mansfield & Bolsover.

As part of our growing team, we are looking for passionate and dedicated Home Care Support Workers to join us in delivering high-quality care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Support clients with medication management and health monitoring, under the guidance of medical professionals.
- Ensure clients’ well-being and comfort by assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and report any changes in the client’s health or well-being to the registered manager.
- Foster a caring and supportive environment, promoting dignity and respect for all clients.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
- Enhanced DBS check (provided by the company subject to conditions).
- A valid driver’s license is huge advantage, but not essential.
