At Sussex Grange, we are looking for Care Assistants to make a difference in our community by supporting our elderly clients with social, emotional and physical care needs.

You’ll be welcomed into a long-standing team of kind, caring, dedicated colleagues who will work with you to ensure you feel confident in the role. Our leadership team will work with you to enhance your skills and abilities.

You will be trained to our standards in delivering a high level of care direct to clients in their own homes. This includes personal care as well as light domestic work depending on the clients' needs. We are committed to ensuring our clients live as full a life as possible in the comfort of their own homes.

To be successful in this role you will be a thoughtful & caring individual who is keen to learn & develop their skills. We offer full mandatory training and the care certificate; as well as the opportunity to undertake further development training such as the level 2, 3, 4 & 5 Diplomas and routes for progression.

Being a car driver with access to a vehicle is essential to this role (you will be covering calls from Selsey – Chichester)
