CARE4U2DAY is a privately owned family Domiciliary Care Agency
supporting adults in their own homes, providing outstanding care and
support to our NHS healthcare providers, private clients, direct
payments, social services, and other Healthcare providers.
We are looking for caring, compassionate experienced care assistants
or healthcare assistants with the right attitude and commitment to
work alongside our very dedicated team and make a real, positive
difference to our service users' lives.
You would be expected to travel to the client’s home and assist them
with daily tasks in and around the areas of:
- Hemel Hempstead,
- Abbotts Langley,
- Kings Langley,
- Berkhamsted

Interview process requirements
- live within a 10-mile radius from Hemel Hempstead
- own your own motor vehicle
- drivers license
- experience in care advantage for the role, Or
- new to care, willing to undertake the required training (Care Certificate)
- Full-time hours 40 Hrs (includes alternate weekend working)
- Part-time hours 30 Hrs (Includes alternate weekend working)
- Flexible hours mornings & evening.
Weekday flexible shifts available
- 07:00 - 12.00
- 12:00 - 17:00
- 17:00 - 21.00
Main duties and responsibilities
Our care assistants/healthcare assistants will be responsible for
their physical and emotional wellbeing, and social needs and providing
help with tasks, as detailed in the job description such as:
- Personal Care
- Medication Assistance
- Meal Preparation
- Household duties
- Healthcare Appointments
- Support and Encouragement
- Providing Companionship
In Return:
- Competitive hourly pay
- Rates are based on your experience or QCF qualifications.
On top of your hourly salary, you will receive the following
