We are looking for Care Professionals with a caring nature and warm heart to join our team in Renfrewshire.

Applicants ideally should have a driving licence and access to a vehicle although other methods of transportation may be acceptable and given due consideration depending on the needs of the client and their location.

Responsibilities include;

• Assistance with self-care and taking medications
• Home Help, examples may include meal preparation & light Housework
• Companionship
• Dementia Care
• Accompanying clients to appointments or a visit to the shops
