Vacancies

We currently have vacancies to covering DOUBLE and SINGLE calls within the Congleton Area.

• Shift Pattern: 7am- 2pm and 3.30pm to 10pm
• Monday to Friday £11.85 per hour or £12.10 NVQ 3 Qualified
• Saturday and Sunday £12.35 per hour or £12.60 NVQ 3 Qualified
• Mileage allowance paid.
• Full time and part time hours available including alternate weekends.
• Work on a 2-week rolling rota.
• UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required.

All carers are expected to work alternate weekends. The ideal candidate must be flexible due to the working hours required.

The Role

• Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients, their family members, and co-workers.
• Provide bespoke, person-centred home care support.
• Support Clients with personal care needs.
• Support to maintain a safe home.
• Safe Handling of Medication and Administration.
• Companionship – Chatting, Listening, being a professional friend.

Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Willingness to undertake training.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
