We are currently recruiting for a Care and Support Worker in the London Borough of Wandsworth, with the opportunity to progress into more senior roles.

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting elderly people with everyday tasks such as:

·  companionship

·  shopping, cleaning, and other domestic duties

·  meal preparation

·  personal care, including assistance with:

·  getting up

·  washing/personal hygiene

·  getting dressed

·  toileting and continence care

·  going to bed

·  assistance with medication

·  overnight care and support
