Job Description: We are currently seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Home Care Assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer as needed.
  • Administer medication reminders and ensure clients adhere to prescribed medication schedules.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in conversation and meaningful activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any changes in clients' condition.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
