You can choose between full-time or part-time work, AND we have SCHOOL HOURS available too. All you have to do is simply tell us your availability. Although we try to be flexible where we can, we do require you to be flexible with us too, that’s why we will require you to work some hours every other weekend . If you have experience working as a HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT, SUPPORT WORKER or CLEANER you will have excellent transferable skills. You MUST have a DRIVING LICENCE and access to a CAR to work for us.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Assistant

• Could be providing personal care duties
• Administering medication
• Manual handling, using equipment where required
• Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the fullest

Your Experience and Suitability for the Care Assistant Role

It isn’t about previous experience. However if you have experience working as a HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT, SUPPORT WORKER or CLEANER you will have excellent transferable skills. You need to be naturally compassionate, caring and patient. We want a team that genuinely cares for each of our customers as if it were their own family.

Don’t panic, we’ll ensure you have all the right training and development because we care for our Care Experts. After all, they care for our customers so it’s important that you feel equipped for the role.
