Key Responsibilities
Working within the Senior Management team you will:
- Help coordinate and deliver the safe, dependable, Quality care and
support to meet the individual needs and wishes of our customers.
- Create comprehensive care and rescue plans.
- Be responsible for Direct Line Management of the Complex Care team.
- Communicate and consult with Social Services, Customers Advocates,
Safeguarding and other key agencies when needed.
- Participate in the on-call Rota evenings and weekends.
- Monitor operational activity, to ensure compliance with the
standards required by current legislation, regulation, guidance, and
good practice standards as well as maintain current and up to date
care and quality policies and procedures.
- Ensure CQC and business compliance & CQC notification analysis.
- Support the Management and trend analysis of complaints.
- Operate and perform against KPIs and analyse data to identify
themes, trends, and insights and to make recommendations for improvements.
- Identify training shortfalls and skills gaps, facilitate, and
outsource specific training.
