As Registered Manager, you will play a key role in our supporting our growth and success across West Yorkshire whilst ensuring continued excellent care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director
• Lead and inspire a team of care coordinators, caregivers, and administrative staff
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion
• Utilise social media platforms and other marketing channels to promote our services and engage with the community
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice
• Lead on recruiting new care staff to meet service demand
• Manage clients' care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Manage the retention of all care staff
• Provide mentorship and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance
