We are looking for a full time or part time Care Coordinator/Administrator to join our team.

The job specifications are outlined below.

  • Carry out effecctive and timely recruitment process when hiring new support workers for our service users
  • Work with case managers to develop and update job descriptions, taking into account individual patients' needs.
  • General administration
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Supervise and support a team of care assistants to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Provide guidance and training to care assistants as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of service users, including care plans and updates
  • Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living activities for service users
  • Conduct spot checks and complete service user forms as required
  • Monitor and report any changes in sevice users' health or well-being to the Care Manager
  • Notify service users of unforeseen changes in their set rotas
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and care assistants to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure all care assistants are aware of any changes to service users plans or rotas
  • Assist the managers in undertaking periodic risk assessments of the workplace.

You must be 18 to apply for this role and it is subject to a satisfactory DBS check. You will also be require to provide satisfactory professional and/or character references.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Organisational and administrative experience
  • Experience using databases and/or HR software systems
  • Working knowledge of health and safety as well as safeguarding and data protection
  • Experience in handling a wide range of enquiries from service users
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Packages
  • Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
