About the Role

As a Care Expert, you’ll provide essential support to customers across East Staffs & South Derbyshire, including Burton on Trent, Swadlincote, Repton, Tutbury, Hatton, and Uttoxeter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Meal preparation to help customers enjoy healthy, delicious meals.
• Assisting with medication, ensuring it’s taken correctly and on time.
• Offering invaluable companionship, bringing comfort and joy to customers.

No prior experience is necessary as we offer detailed induction training and a dedicated 12-week mentor to guide you every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with our customers.
• A caring nature and a positive, friendly attitude.
• A desire to provide exceptional support to those in need.
