Care Coordinator

Beloved Homecare is a "Good" Provider (CQC, October 2022) and has grown from a single office in Wirral to three offices in England and Wales since 2021.

We have recently taken on additional care duties in the Supported Living Services (Outreach) contracts for Wirral as well as new private clients.

We currently deliver almost 2,000 hours per week and we need to achieve our goal of 5,000 hours per week by April 2025.

We need an experienced care co-ordinator who can add to the success of our fantastic team.

If you believe in call-cutting, rushing to get the job done in 17 mimutes or less, stacking roats of care teams and placing profit over people, this is not the job for you.

We want our Care Co-ordinator to:

• Ensure that the staff deliver high-quality and personalised care to patients 
• Manage budgets and ensuring the financial effectiveness of medical care settings 
• Recruit, train and supervising staff and communicating the needs of clients to third parties as required
• Ensure health and safety compliance 
• Liaise with local community organisations and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders 
• Ensure that all activities such as personal care and medication administration meet the required standards
• Prepare reports related to the progress of patients
• Plan and utilise resources and staying updated with the clinical knowledge to ensure that patients receive the best care
