Beloved Homecare is opening our regional training centre to provide a training academy to delivery formal qualifications to our own staff and managers on the fast track programme to Level 5 Diploma.

To achieve this we are looking for an exceptional and experienced Assessor and Trainer for the centre.

We will provide you with exceptional candidates to complete Diploma Level 2,3,5 who are keen to learn and engage.

We know apprenticeships are too long and depend too much on paperwork. That's why we don't offer them. We don't want a glorified administrator - we want a passionate trainer and assessor who can enrich the lives of our students / carers and add value to the service and the mission of Customer Service Excellence.

You will be:

• Qualified as a Vocational Assessor (A1, D32/33, CAVA, etc.)
• Qualified as a Trainer (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, etc.)
• Qualified in Adult Health and Social Care (Level 3 Essential, Level 5 Highly Desirable)
• Experienced in the Health and Social Care Industry with a Track Record of Excellence
• A UK Car Licence Holder with Access to a Vehicle for Work Purpose
• Not essential but if you hold V1, IQA we would especially love to hear from you!
