· To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the clients using a person centred approach.
· To observe and promote the client’s choice, independence, dignity, privacy, quality of life and other human rights.
· To create and maintain good professional relationships with clients, their family and friends and other stakeholders and health professionals.
· To actively support other health care assistants.
· To adhere to all policies and procedures and training undertaken provided by the company.
· To adhere and promote the vision and values of the company while working to the company mission statement.
· To actively market the company and promote a positive, personal and professional profile, ensuring the good reputation of Sylviancare Ltd at all times.
· Your working hours will depend on the availability of the business and your terms and conditions but usually your shifts will last between 7:00am – 10:00pm, Monday- Sunday.
· Your salary range will be stated in your signed main terms and conditions.
· You should have or be working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care but this is not essential.
