Health Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you will be a lifeline to many elderly and disabled people who are keen to continue living independently within their own homes with the support of a Care Assistant.

The role: You will carry out personal and domestic duties to assist your clients with remaining in their own home

Some light domestic duties such as washing plates and cups, hoovering around, preparing meals, ensuring overall wellbeing on a daily basis, assisting with putting clients to bed, using lifting and moving equipment such as hoists and slide sheets, providing companionship and befriending Community Access.

The person: You will have an empathetic and understanding personality and be someone who thrives in a busy and caring environment.

Own transport preferred but not essential 

Experience in care is not required as full training will be provided

The ability to meet timeframes and work to deadlines is essential
