At Nightingale Services we value our employees and encourage them to progress through their careers with additional training in specialities such as Dementia, End of life care.

We also encourage our carers to achieve NVQ/QCF level 2 & 3 in Health and social care. All offers are subject to successful references and DBS disclosure.

-If you already have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or more than a years of continuous care service, pay after probation could be £11.50 per hour during the week and £12.45 per hour at weekends

We recruit individuals based on values, therefore you do not need to have previous experience within the care industry to apply. However, our domiciliary carers must hold a valid Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle.
