We are now hiring a Care Supervisor / Field Support Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Growing Business and a supportive team.

Typical day in the life of the Care Supervisor / Field Support Supervisor

  • Visit a client and their caregiver for a support visit and stay a bit longer around a cuppa as they both have so much to say.
  • Training a new member of the team with a new piece of equipment.
  • Organising and attending a meeting with a client and her family to review the service and making sure her needs are met.
  • Having a supervision with a Caregiver, spending time with them to make sure they are feeling great about their job and the clients they support.
  • Attending a Team meeting with caregivers to share best practice about a client.
  • Brainstorming with the Care Manager and other care supervisors about the best caregiver match for a new client.
  • And more important feeling part of the most amazing team that is always happy to help each other.

Requirements
