Be rewarded with competitive pay, reward schemes and pension schemes! - Pay rates starting from £12.60 per hour Mon-Fri and £13.10 per hour on weekends.

When you work for us more than 6 months, have previous care experience, or if you hold a relevant, formal qualification at level 2 or above then pay rates increase to £13.00 Mon-Fri & £13.70 on weekends.

3. Regular visits with regular clients.

4. To learn and continuously develop - paid induction training and shadowing period and funded QCF Health and Social Care Level 2 to 5 qualifications. We actively encourage our carers to obtain the right qualifications to support their careers.

5. Conducting friendly and relaxed face to face interviews (via Zoom if required).

Care Assistant - Requirements:

• Able to offer availability every other weekend.
