Community Home Care Assistant

Medical Partnerships is seeking to attract experienced home care workers who love working in the community. Do you love working in a flexible environment and have a passion to look after the elderly in their homes? We have a great support network to integrate you into the Medical Partnerships Care Team and this includes supportive management staff and peer group support. Ongoing training is provided. The role will require you to cover Rayleigh, Rochford, Hockley and other neighbouring areas. It is essential that you have a mode of transportation that will enable you to travel easily eg car, scooter, bike, etc. The job will require you to work alternative weekends as per your rota.
