Professional Carer

We care for clients in their own homes in Norwich and surrounding towns and villages.

Our visits are a minimum of one hour, meaning our clients and carers are never rushed.

We truly value our Professional Carers, which is why we treat them fairly and pay them better than any other home care company in Norfolk. As well as a great hourly rate we pay full-rate travel time between clients which works out at an additional 15-20%+ per rostered hour i.e. £14.95-15.60 per rostered hour, plus 45p per mile mileage. No other care company in Norfolk pays at this level, either travel time or mileage rate.

We have an open-door policy, encouraging members of our care team to drop into the office. We also have regular get-togethers and generous gifts at Christmas and in the summer.

We fully support and fund national apprenticeship (NVQ) training at Levels 2-5.
