Elite Care Services (UK) Ltd is a home care provider based in
Tameside, dedicated to improving the life of those who need our
support services.
As a Community Care Worker, you will be committed to enabling the
client base you work with to improve their quality of life, whilst
retaining their independence, rights, choice, and values.
We do not recruit our Community Care Workers based on their
experience - We recruit our team based on their commitment to
delivering outstanding care and support services, their ability to
communicate effectively and their dedication to delivering a care
service that excels the clients' expectations.
You may have achieved, or be willing to work towards, Level 2 Care
Worker Diploma and you must also be willing to undertake additional
training and development opportunities to extend your knowledge and abilities.
- Working on rota system, you will have a full driving licence and
access to a vehicle.
- Availability of candidate can be discussed at interview.
- We are currently looking for Care Workers who can work various
shifts throughout the working week including evenings up to 10pm and weekends.
- We pay all our Care Workers the real living wage.
- Travel time paid between calls at the hourly rate.
Essential Criteria:
- Applicants must already have a right to work in the UK
- Ability to demonstrate a sensitive and supportive approach to
vulnerable people, whilst maintaining their dignity, privacy,
self-respect and right to choose at all times.
- Willingness to complete training and development opportunities.
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to work flexibly on a rota system, including unsociable hours.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
