Bank Health Care Support Worker for Adults
£11.80 per hour to £13.50 per hour | 12+ Hour Shifts
Karis Care Services, based in Four Marks, is a care provider dedicated to supporting adults with physical disabilities and long-term health conditions. We are currently seeking Bank Health Care Support Workers who share our passion for providing exceptional support to adults. These roles focus on assisting with health and social care needs, making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals we support.
As a Bank Support Worker, you will receive:

Key responsibilities include:
- Safeguarding – ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the individuals we support
- Companionship – being a friendly face and preventing loneliness
- Personal Care – all aspects of personal hygiene, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Medication – collecting prescriptions and providing reminders
- Mealtimes – preparing tasty and nutritious meals
- Housekeeping – keeping their home just the way they like it
- Mobility – assisting with getting around and therapy programs
You’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working in care in the UK
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude always
- A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
