We are looking for carers to work the evening shifts and every other weekend. Evenings start at 3/4 pm and finish at 9/10 pm.

No experience is required as full training is provided.

Drivers with their own car will be prioritised due to the amount of travel involved in the role.

Shifts will cover clients across the following areas: Ealing, Hanwell, Greenford, Northolt, Hayes, Iver, Ruislip.

We ensure that your calls are clustered together so you spend the majority of your working day working instead of travelling!

We pay for 15 minutes extra per visit to ensure you're compensated for your travel time and fuel - this does not interfere with the national mileage tax relief!

Your main duties will include both emotional and practical support such as:

  • Hoisting/ Moving and Handling

  • Personal Care

  • Incontinence Care

  • Meal Preparation

  • General Household Chores

  • Medication Administration

  • Companionship

Your Team

Our team are a close knit group of colleagues who communicate via our WhatsApp group where you can get advice and support as well as having an on call manager for each day of the week.

We host charity fun days and work get together's to create a strong team network as we understand working alone can be isolating.

We have a dedicated Liaison Support Manager to ensure you are fully supported with all of your clients as well as your own general well being. All of our managers also work as care assistants so we know all of your clients and can help whenever needed.
