Respectful Care is Recruiting (Highest Pay in the Area) for Guaranteed Contractual Hours.

£14.50PH + 35p per mile

An award-winning home care provider based in Mansfield Woodhouse that pays the highest rates of pay in the area for Guaranteed Contractual Hours has an opportunity for Support and Care Workers to work for a CQC-rated ‘outstanding’ in ‘caring’ company that values, empowers and listens to you, always making you feel part of the team.  We support all our staff to become professional carers trained to monitor vital signs and blood pressure.

We currently have Guaranteed Contractual Hours to offer with very competitive rates, as follows from the 1st April 2024 –

·  £14.50 PH + 35p per mile – Band 3 Coaching and Development Team

·  £14.00 PH + 35p per mile – Band 2 (after a six-month probationary period has passed)

·  £13.50 PH + 35p per mile – Band 1 (first six months of employment)
