Care assistant

Are you interested in a career that makes a difference We are a friendly and professional domiciliary care (home care) provider looking for Compassionate Care Assistants to join our team. Previous experience is not essential, but successful candidates must be reliable and display a caring nature.

Your day-to-day duties may include: getting to know clients and their interests and needs. helping with personal care like washing, food preparation, feeding and giving out medication. We also have long companionship calls available.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a full driving license and access to your own car.

Our pay and benefits are competitive with hourly rates of up to £15.50 per hour Monday to Sunday.

We offer a full training programme working towards your care certificate so experience not necessary. You do need to be able to drive as the role is in domiciliary care. 

There is also the ability to have flexible working hours that suit your lifestyle and commitments.

Shift patterns

Weekends (Sat & Sunday)- 7:00am-12.00/12.00-5.00pm/5:00pm-10:00pm

You will need to be available to work every other weekend.

Weekdays – 7:00am-12.00 / 12.00 - 5.00pm/ 5:00pm -10:00pm

Your mileage and travel pay are paid in between customer visits and you will have a generous annual leave entitlement.
