Care First 24 are currenty seeking - Mental Health Support workers who can work in Tring on a new package of care.

All Staff must require current PMVA training and be able to produce the certificate.

We are offering marketing leading pay rates and are looking to build a supportive care team to work with this young service user who requires mental health support.  You will be supported by our inhouse Nurse Clinical Lead as well as an experienced Care Coordinator in delivering a solid cre experience for the young service user requiring mental health care and families involved.

Care First 24 is a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK and support those with PHB's, CHC funded, case management as well as private clients.  We work with all ages and all types of care, and we understand that healthcare can bring with it a lot of emotions, and many of our clients are going through some of the most trying times of their lives.  We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care.  We will provide tailored care and support.  In high-pressure situations, we strive to be a calming force that can make a positive difference.

Support and care needs will include:

  • Autism
  • Moderate learning difficulty
  • ADHD
  • Foetal alchohol syndrome
  • Complex PTSD
  • Non-epileptic attack disorder
  • Dyslexia

We have a stringent but fast registration process and our in-house training team can provide additional training for the specifics of this young person who requires complex care if necessary.

We are currently looking for both part-time & full-time carers

The hours of work are generally long days and nights with both weekday & weekend work available.

We have a mix of day and night shifts. Training, shadowing and competencies will be completed prior to working independently.
