Starting from a residential home in Cleveleys we were one of the first companies in the area to provide homecare and have since grown to a team of over 100 satisfied employees. In our recent staff survey

Our homecare workers only work in one area and often in their local communities meaning no long journeys to and from work or between clients. We have positions available in the following areas most suited to you:

  • Poulton
  • Thornton Cleveleys
  • Lytham St Annes
  • Fleetwood
  • Over Wyre
  • Kirkham & Wesham
  • Garstang

The main priority for this job role is to find caring people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes who can make a positive difference to lives of our clients and their families. Duties are varied, no two days are the same. They include supporting clients with:

  • Personal Care
  • Medication Administration
  • Domestic duties around the home including cooking/cleaning
  • Accompanying clients to social activities/appointments/shopping
  • Social Interaction

No previous experience is necessary, you will attend our robust in-house induction programme which includes on the job experience. This will equip you with the correct skills, knowledge and real-life experience for a rewarding career in care.

Do you want to gain qualifications? As part of our commitment to developing the best staff, those new to the industry will be enrolled on RQF Level 2 in health and social care with an assigned tutor. Experienced care workers will have the opportunity to expand their skillset with higher level RQF’s and progress their careers with us.
