We specialise in care at home. We provide care in our customers’ homes and are caring and passionate about allowing customers the opportunity to stay independent in their own homes as an alternative to residential care.

The support the Home Care Worker role can include is:-

• Companionship
• Personal care (for example washing and dressing)
• Medication support (prompting and administering)
• Domestic support

TLC expect our Home Care Worker's to have a genuine interest in care and to be professional at all times. 

We provide career Development for the Home Care Workers and actively encourage our carers to achieve their full potential as a carer. We offer all Home Care Workers a career pathway in order to develop their skills, responsibilities and pay over time.

It is essential that you own your own car in order to drive between customers’ houses (we pay for mileage costs).

Full time/part time positions available, we operate between the hours of 7am-10pm Monday to Sunday. Carers need to be available for work  every other weekend.
