We are looking for another Senior Care Worker to join our team. As a Senior Support worker with Taunton Homecare Services you would be joining a small supportive award winning wonderful team that provides care and support into client’s homes.

Your duties Support Worker would include:

  • Monitoring and overseeing individual care packages
  • on call monitoring
  • support and manage care delivery from other team members
  • Mentoring new Carers
  • Care and support to create interactive companionship with Service Users
  • Escorting Service Users to healthcare and social appointments
  • Light housekeeping tasks
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication support
  • Encourage and support with personal care including incontinence issues in a way that is respectful and promotes individual needs and rights.
  • Complete client reports in a professional and clear manner

 To join us as a Senior Support Worker you would need to :

  • Have Level 3 or above in Adult Health and Social Care 
  • Live in the Taunton/Bridgwater/Wellington Area
  • Be a driver with vehicle
  • Have good spoken and understanding of the English language
  • be able to work independently and in a team
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
